A simple GUEST BOOK sample by contact

Notes.

This is NOT a real guest book of this site.
- This form, a guest book like sample, is configured with contact.
_contact.js, the browser component of contact, is configured for the following;
- “Name”, “Email” and “Another comment” fields are mandatory.
- The rest is optional.
- Email will be checked with the rule from rfc822.
_contact.php, the server component of contact, is configured for the following;
- The sender, From: header of the mail to be sent by the server, is from the address filled into “Email”.
- The recipient, To: header of the mail to be sent by the server, is also from the address filled into “Email”.
Feel free to try this sample.
- This sample only sends from “Email” to “Email” without webmaster of this site.
- Fill with the ONLY address you hold yourself responsible for using it.
- The mail to be sent will also be contained the IP address of the browser and the name of the user agent you use.
